Fit out started

The fit out has finally started today, got a call from the SS and things are moving forward again. The fit out should be finished this week with the tiler starting on the 8th February and painting the week after.

We will have a site visit early next week to check the tiles, paint and everything else with the build. The SS has an ETA of the end of March for handover which will be about 7 weeks after the contract date.

Fit Out

The fit out started yesterday, the kitchen benches, laundry cupboards, bathroom and en suite vanities provided and bases were installed. The architraves, doors and skirting boards were due to be installed over the next couple of days, however we have been told that the rest wont happen until the 30th. This will add an extra 2 week delay to the 4 week delay we had earlier for bricks, our contract date is early February, I don't think we will be in until April now. Not happy.

Once the fit out happens the painters are booked in for the following week 6th of February.
