12 April 2016 - Colours Appointment.
14 April 2016 - Land Settlement Date.
04 May 2016 - Contract Signing Appointment.
20 May 2016 - Plans Lodged to Council.
07 June 2016 - Plans Approved by Council.
30 June 2016 - Placed onto Construction List.
08 July 2016 - Informed our Start Date is 21 July 2016.
20 July 2016 - Land cut has been completed.
26 July 2016 - Excess soil removed so build can go ahead.
05 August 2016 - Drainage has been completed.
15 - 17 August 2016 - Piering, Formwork and Slab completed.
22 August 2016 - Frames Delivered.
24 August 2016 - Frame construction started.
05 September 2016 - Frame construction completed.
12 September 2016 - Windows installed into frame.
10 October 2016 - Bricks started.
24 October 2016 - Bricks finished.
31 October 2016 - Guttering and fascia started and finished.
4 November 2016 - Roof started and finished.
14 November 2016 - Electrical rough-in started.
17 November 2016 - Front and back door installed (We are at lockup).
24 November 2016 - Electrical rough in complete.
25 November 2016 - Electrical rough in appointment.
29 November 2016 - Plumbing rough in.
30 November 2016 - Insulation installation.
07 December 2016 - Plasterboard installation started.
12 December 2016 - Plasterboard installation complete.
16 December 2016 - Cornice installation started and completed.
20 December 2016 - Front garage door installed.
22 December 2016 - Waterproofing complete.
10 January 2017 - Kitchen and laundry cupboard and benches installed.
30 January 2017 - Fit-out started.
02 February 2017 - Contract date, still not finished.
03 February 2017 - Fit-out finished.
07 February 2017 - Painting started.
14 February 2017 - Painting finished.
16 February 2017 - Tiling started.
22 February 2017 - Tiling finished.
